If the bulbs happen to burn out or crack before then, we'll replace them at no cost to you so you can keep on sanitizing!

How do I switch between automatic and manual mode?

Hold down on the circular button above the lightning bolt on the door, this button is touch sensitive. After a few seconds of holding, the lightning bolt will flash. This flash signifies that the mode has changed.

What’s the best way to place items into the HomeSoap?

UV-C lights are on the top and bottom of the HomeSoap unit, with quartz columns along the inner walls that allow UV-C light to shine through. Prop objects against these columns to ensure every surface will be sanitized. The object must have no overlap with other objects to allow the UVC lights to reach every angle.
